If you’ve imported a transaction in error or want to clean up old or duplicate records, you can easily delete them from your Bank Transactions Table. Use the Row Action menu to remove single or multiple transactions quickly.

Delete a Single Transaction:

  1. Navigate to the Data Table
Open the Data Table section from the sidebar and select the Bank Transactions Table.

  2. Select the Transaction
Tick the checkbox next to the transaction you want to delete.

  3. Open the Row Action Menu
Click the Row Action dropdown that appears.

  4. Choose Delete
Select Delete from the dropdown. The selected transaction will be permanently removed from your table.

Bulk Delete Multiple Transactions:

  1. Select Multiple Transactions
Check the boxes beside each transaction you want to delete.

  2. Use the Row Action Menu
Once multiple transactions are selected, the Row Action dropdown will appear at the top.

  3. Delete the Selected Transactions
Click Delete to remove all selected entries at once.

Important Notes:

  1. Deleted transactions cannot be recovered, so double-check before confirming.

  2. If a transaction is linked to other records (e.g., journal entries or reconciliations), review the impact before deleting.
