How to Delete a Bill

Remove one or multiple bills to keep your records clean and up to date

If you’ve entered a bill by mistake or need to clear out old or duplicate records, you can easily delete them from your Bills Table. Use the Row Action menu to remove single or multiple bills quickly and efficiently.

Delete a Single Bill:

  1. Navigate to the Data Table section in the sidebar and open the Bills Table.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the bill you’d like to remove.

  3. Once the bill is selected, click the Row Action dropdown at the top.

  4. Choose Delete from the dropdown. The selected bill will be permanently removed from your table.

Bulk Delete Multiple Bills:

  1. Select the checkboxes beside each bill you want to delete.

  2. Click the Row Action dropdown that appears once multiple rows are selected.

  3. Select Delete from the menu. All selected bills will be removed from your table.

Important Notes:

  • Deleted bills cannot be recovered. Make sure you’re removing the correct entries.

  • If a bill has payments or attachments, double-check the impact of deleting before proceeding.
