Once you’ve created an invoice in Adam, you can easily access and share the professional invoice document with your customers. Each invoice has a downloadable file you can send by email, print, or save for record-keeping.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the Invoice Table
Start by navigating to your Invoice Table from the sidebar.

  2. Locate the Invoice
Find the invoice you want to send in the table. You can use filters or the search bar to make this easier.

  3. Preview the Invoice Document

    • Go to the Document File column in the Invoice Table.

    • Click the file icon beside the relevant invoice.

    • The invoice document will open in a new browser tab for preview.

  4. Download the Invoice

    • Once the invoice opens in a new tab:

      • Click the Download button (usually located at the top-right corner of the document viewer).

      • Save the invoice to your device.

  5. Share the Invoice with your Customer

    • Now that you have the invoice file, you can send it to your customer using your preferred method:

      • Email: Attach the downloaded invoice to an email and send it to your customer.

      • Print & Deliver: Print a physical copy of the invoice and send or hand it to the customer directly.

      • Messaging Platforms: Share the file via tools like WhatsApp, Slack, or other communication platforms if agreed upon with the customer.
