Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to create a new Invoice Table in the system:
Navigate to the Data Table Section
In the sidebar, find and click on the Data Table section.Add a New Table
Once in the Data Table section, click the ➕ icon to add a new table.Select your Table Type
A modal will appear. From the dropdown menu, choose Invoice Table as the table type you want to create.Create the Table
After selecting the Invoice Table, click the Create Table button. Your new Invoice Table will appear in the navigation bar for easy access.If No Tables Are Available
If you’ve already created all the available tables, the dropdown will display "No available tables."
Understanding the Columns in Your Invoice Table
The Invoice Table includes the following columns to help you manage, track, and follow up on your sales effectively. Here's what each one means:
Column | What It Shows |
Date | The date the invoice was issued. |
Invoice Number | A unique identifier automatically or manually assigned to each invoice. |
Title | A brief label to describe the invoice (e.g., “Consulting Services”). |
Total Amount | The full value of the invoice before any payments are made. |
Balance | The remaining unpaid amount. Appears in red if any amount is outstanding. |
Customer | The client or business the invoice was issued to. |
Status | Indicates the invoice’s current state: Paid, Due Soon, or Overdue. |
Document File | Download or preview the invoice document. |
Evidence File | Upload or view any attached files used as references, like signed orders. |
Memo | Optional internal notes or comments. |
Payment Terms | Describes payment conditions like Net 15, Net 30, Due on Receipt, etc. |
Exchange Rate | Shows the applied rate if the invoice was recorded in a foreign currency. |
Due Date | The deadline by which the invoice should be paid. |
Customize Table View
You can adjust how many invoices appear in your table:
Scroll to the bottom of the Invoice Table.
Use the pagination control to choose how many rows to display per page (e.g., 10, 20, 30, etc.).
