Adding Bills Using Prompts

Learn how to add bill records quickly and easily using simple natural language prompts with Adam.

Adam, your AI accountant, simplifies the process of adding bills by letting you describe them in your own words. Instead of manually filling out fields, all you need to do is provide a clear prompt, and Adam will take care of the rest.

Follow these steps to add bills using prompts:

  1. Click the Add Data Button
    In your Bills Table, locate and click the Add Data button at the top right of the screen.

  2. Enter Your Bill Description
    A modal will appear prompting you to describe the bill. Simply type your bill information in a natural language format.

    Example Prompt:
    ​"Record a bill of ₦150,000 from SolarTech Ltd for solar panel installation due in 30 days."

  3. Send the Prompt
    After typing your description, click Send.

  4. Adam Processes the Prompt
    Adam will read your prompt, extract the relevant details, and automatically create the bill based on the description you provided.

  5. Check Your Bills Table
    Once the prompt is processed, the bill will be added to your Bills Table. You can review it to ensure everything was correctly recorded.
