Step 1: Get an Overview of Your Dashboard
Once you log in, you are automatically directed to the Dashboard.
From here, you can:
Monitor your financial performance
Access key financial reports
Upload bank statements
View and manage your connected bank accounts
Interact with Adam for assistance
This allows you to quickly understand your business position without navigating through multiple modules.
Step 2: Review Your Financial Summary
At the core of your dashboard is your financial summary, which provides a real-time snapshot of your business performance.
You will see:
Total Revenue
Total Expenses
Net Profit or Loss
Cash & Bank Balance
These metrics are calculated based on the financial data available in your account.
Step 3: Adjust the Time Period
You can control how your financial data is displayed by selecting a preferred time range.
Available options include:
Month to Date (MTD)
Quarter to Date (QTD)
Year to Date (YTD)
1 Year (1Y)
2 Years (2Y)
Selecting a different time range updates your dashboard instantly, helping you analyze performance over different periods.
Step 4: Upload a Bank Statement
You can begin uploading your bank statements directly from the dashboard.
When you click the upload option:
You are redirected to the Banking module
Select the month for the upload
Upload your bank statement
Submit to process your transactions
Step 5: Access Financial Reports
Your dashboard provides quick access to key financial reports.
You can open:
Profit and Loss Report
Tax Report (Schedule C), etc.
Clicking any of these takes you directly to the detailed report page for further review.
Step 6: Use “Ask Adam”
You can interact with Adam directly from the dashboard.
Click on Ask Adam to:
Ask questions about your financial data
Get insights based on your records
This allows you to get assistance without leaving the dashboard.
Step 7: View Connected Bank Accounts
The dashboard also shows an overview of your connected bank accounts.
Here, you can:
See all linked bank accounts
From this section, you can navigate to manage your bank accounts or review transactions.
