Create a Custom Dashboard on Adam

The Dashboard provides a snapshot of your business financial performance. It gives you a quick overview of key metrics such as revenue, expenses, profit, and cash position.

Overview of the Default Dashboard

Once you log in to your account, you are automatically directed to the Dashboard page.

By default, the dashboard displays:

  • Total Revenue

  • Total Expenses

  • Net Profit or Loss

  • Cash Balance

  • Bank Balance

These metrics provide a high-level summary of your financial performance.

Adjust the Time Period

You can change the reporting period displayed on your dashboard.

Available options include:

  • MTD (Month to Date)

  • QTD (Quarter to Date)

  • YTD (Year to Date)

  • 1Y (1 Year)

  • 2Y (2 Years)

Select your preferred time range to update the financial data displayed on the dashboard.

Create a Custom Dashboard

If you would like to personalize your dashboard view:

  1. Click the three-dot (β‹―) icon on the Dashboard page

  2. Select Custom Dashboard

You will be redirected to a configuration page where you can:

  • Specify how you want your dashboard to appear

  • Define the financial data you would like displayed

After entering your preferences:

  1. Click Submit

  2. Your updated dashboard will load with your customized settings

Important Note

Custom dashboards are designed to display financial insights based on your recorded data.

Please note:

  • Adam can generate dashboards based on your financial information.

  • Adam does not correct accounting errors or fix data inaccuracies through the dashboard feature.
