If you frequently record similar bank transactions, like recurring transfers, subscriptions, or payments, you don’t have to re-enter the details each time. Use the Duplicate feature to instantly create a copy of any existing transaction, saving time and maintaining consistency.

Steps to Duplicate a Bank Transaction:

  1. Navigate to the Data Table
Go to the Data Table section in the sidebar and click on the Bank Transactions Table.

  2. Select the Transaction
Tick the checkbox next to the transaction you want to duplicate.

  3. Open the Row Action Menu
Click the dropdown icon in the Row Action column.

  4. Choose “Duplicate”
From the dropdown menu, select Duplicate. Adam will instantly generate a copy of the selected transaction.

  5. Review and Edit if Needed
The duplicated transaction will appear in your table. You can update any details like date, amount, or category before saving.

💡 Duplicating transactions is especially useful for repeating entries with similar structure but varying dates or amounts.
