How to Duplicate a Bill Record

Quickly create a copy of an existing bill on Adam

If you often record similar bills like monthly utility invoices or recurring vendor expenses, you don’t need to start from scratch each time. Instead, use the Duplicate feature to instantly create a copy of any existing bill, saving time and reducing errors.

Steps to Duplicate a Bill Record:

  1. Navigate to the Data Table section in the sidebar and click on the Bills Table.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the bill you want to duplicate.

  3. Locate the Row Action menu and click on the drop-down.

  4. Choose “Duplicate” from the dropdown menu, the system will instantly generate a copy of the selected bill.

  5. A copy of the selected bill will appear in your table, which you can then edit if needed.
