How to Search and Filter Your Invoices

Learn how to quickly find and organize invoices using built-in search and filter tools

As your invoice records grow, locating a specific entry can become time-consuming. Adam makes it easy with smart search and filter tools built directly into your Invoices Table. These features help you stay organized and efficient.

1. Using the Search Bar

At the top of your Invoices Table, you'll find the Search Bar. Use it to instantly locate invoices using keywords such as:

  • Invoice title (e.g., “Soap Refill Order”)

  • Customer name (e.g., “Kingsley Enterprises”)

  • Description keywords (e.g., “detergent”, “installation”)

Tip: The search bar is dynamic; results appear in real time as you type.

2. Filtering by Date

Use the Date Filter to limit your view to invoices within a specific period. Available options include:

  • Custom Range – Manually set your start and end dates

  • Today

  • This Week

  • This Month

  • This Year, etc.
