Step 1: Access Team Management

To access team settings:

  • From your dashboard, go to Settings

  • Click on Team Management

This opens the Team Management page where you can view and manage all users connected to your business.

Step 2: Understand the Team Management Table

On the Team Management page, you will see a list of all existing team members.

For each member, the following details are displayed:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Role

  • Status (Active, Pending, etc.)

This gives you a clear overview of who has access to your account and their permission levels.

Step 3: Search for Team Members

If you have multiple team members, you can quickly find a specific person using the search bar.

  • Enter the name or email address

  • Results will update instantly

This helps you locate users without scrolling through the entire list.

Step 4: Invite a Team Member

To add a new user:

  • Click on the Invite Team Member button

  • A modal will appear

  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

Step 5: Add Multiple Team Members

You can invite more than one person at once.

  • Enter multiple email addresses

  • Press Enter, Tab, or Comma after each email

This allows you to send multiple invitations in one action.

Step 6: Assign Roles

After entering the email address:

  • Select a role for the team member

Available roles may include:

  • Admin

  • Accountant

  • Other business-specific roles

Choose the role that matches the user’s responsibilities, then send the invitation.

Step 7: Track Invitation Status

Once an invitation is sent:

  • The status will appear as Pending in the table

This means the user has not yet accepted the invitation.

Step 8: Resend or Cancel Invitations

If needed, you can manage invitations directly from the table.

  • Click the Action button next to the user

  • Select:

    • Resend Invitation – sends the invite again

    • Cancel Invitation – removes the pending invite

This gives you full control over access and invitations at all times.
