Exporting your journal entries gives you a well-organized file that’s useful for reporting, backups, or sharing with your accountant. The export reflects the exact data currently visible on your table.

Steps to Export your Journal Table:

  1. Go to your Journal Table from the Data Table section in the sidebar.

  2. At the top-right corner of the table, find and click the Export button.

  3. Your journal entries will automatically download as an Excel (.xlsx) file.

    • If you have the date filters applied, only the filtered results will be exported.

    • If no filters are applied, the export will include all journal entries in the table.
